This Privacy Policy explains how Define Reality LTD. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Relic Rows ("the Game"). By using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Relic Rows does not require you to create an account. We only collect data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary to operate and improve the Game.

Information collected automatically:

• Device information (e.g., device model, operating system, screen resolution)
• Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
• Gameplay analytics (e.g., session data, scores, in-game actions, game mode played)
• App version and session identifiers
• Log data (e.g., access times, app crashes, system activity)

Information you may provide:

• Communications you send to us (e.g., support requests, feedback via email)

All gameplay progress (scores, stats, save data) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Game
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends to improve game design
• Serve advertisements within the Game
• Detect, prevent, and address cheating, fraud, or technical issues
• Respond to your support requests and communications

3. Advertising

Relic Rows is an ad-supported game. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve ads, including personalized ads:

• Device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
• Device information and technical data
• Ad interaction data (e.g., clicks, impressions)
• General location data (e.g., country or region derived from IP address)

Opting out of personalized ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

• iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable tracking for Relic Rows. You may also be prompted via Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog when you first launch the Game.
• Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads, and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

4. Analytics

We use a lightweight analytics service to understand how the Game is played and to identify issues. Analytics events automatically include:

• A randomly generated session identifier (not tied to your identity)
• Operating system and device type
• Screen resolution and app version
• Timestamp of events

Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Advertising partners (e.g., Google AdMob) to serve and measure ads, as described in Section 3
• Service providers who assist us in operating the Game (e.g., hosting, analytics)
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

We retain analytics data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Advertising data is managed by our advertising partners according to their own retention policies. Since we do not maintain user accounts, there is no account data to retain.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Relic Rows is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from, or serve targeted advertisements to, children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@definereality.io and we will promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, adjust your device ad tracking settings as described in Section 3.

For EEA/UK residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your data includes legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention) and consent (personalized advertising). You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your device settings.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed, including through Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the Game or on our website. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
