Welcome to Relic Rows, a mobile game developed and published by Define Reality LTD. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing Relic Rows ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Relic Rows. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Game and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Relic Rows for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written consent

3. Game Data

Relic Rows does not require an account. Your gameplay progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of local data due to device changes, app deletion, or other causes. You are responsible for backing up your device as needed.

4. Advertisements

Relic Rows is an ad-supported game. Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) and are not endorsed by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party advertisements. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser. 5. Code of Conduct

When using Relic Rows, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the Game
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game or its services
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantage rather than reporting them

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Relic Rows, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, text, music, sound effects, and game mechanics, is owned by Define Reality LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Game without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate with third-party services, including advertising networks, analytics providers, and platform services (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Relic Rows is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Define Reality LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Relic Rows, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from third-party advertisements or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Define Reality LTD. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Relic Rows at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Game is immediately revoked.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Game or on our website. Your continued use of Relic Rows after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
